Paragraph Nos. 6(b) and 6(c) from the Government Resolution bearing No:-GaVaSu-1220/Pra.Kra.204(1)/ZoPaSu-1, Dt. 11th July, 2001, should be treated as having been revoked and in lieu thereof, the following Revised Paragraph should be read.
6(b) “While issuing Photo-pass to the eligible slum dwellers following action should be taken vis-à-vis service charges, administrative charges and lease rent to be charged per month.”
1. Arrears of all types of charges up to the date- 31.07.2002 should be recovered at old Rates, notwithstanding the number of years, thereof.
2. With effect from 01.08.2002, the consolidated charges should be recovered as set out herein below. In such consolidated charges, the percentage of various constituents shall be as follows:-

| (b) | Administrative Charges | 20% |
| (c) | Lease Rent | 40% |
Consolidated Charges for the areas within the limits of the Municipal Corporation for Greater Mumbai:-

| Composite | Up to 225 Sq. Feet | Rs. 200/- | For additional area, Rs.1.50/- per Sq. Foot per Month |
| Non-Residential | Up to 225 Sq. Feet | Rs. 300/- | For additional area, Rs. 2/- per Sq. Foot per Month |
Note.— The area specified in the Descriptive Statement above, means the area occupied by the hut holder. This does not include floor or mezzanine. While issuing an Identity Card, the eligible hut holder shall be issued a Photo-pass only for the area in his occupation. No separate Identity Card shall be issued for a mezzanine, floor/loft.
3. “With a view to maintaining uniformity and consistency in the Revised Rates of Consolidated Charges to be recovered in the cities of the State with effect from 01.08.2002, neither increase nor reduction of any kind should be made to the Rates constituting the Revised Consolidated Charges to be recovered from the eligible slum dwellers.”
6(c) “The Rate of Consolidated Charges to be recovered in the areas of Municipal Corporations and Municipal Councils other than the areas of the Municipal Corporation for Greater Mumbai with effect from 01.08.2002, shall be 25 per cent of the Rate for the areas of the Municipal Corporation for Greater Mumbai as specified in Paragraph 6(b)2.”
